This is a stupid joke and distracted me way too much when drawing it and I have the worst humor ever goddammit no one should laugh. And it’s definitely painfully out of character but one could argue that with Yuugi, Atem would feel comfortable enough to make stupid faces like that

(not my idea originally either, I got the “let-Atem-make-funny-duel-monster-faces”-idea from the fanfic Boredom Games, but the Kuriboh came from my first attempts of drawing Atem with wet hair, and he looked like a Kuriboh for way too long)
